Adagio, 151 Miglia Race official Yachting and Leisure Advisors
Adagio is the official Yachting and Leisure Advisor of 151 Miglia race, whose 6th edition will take place from May 30th to June 1st 2015, starting from Livorno to Punta Ala, Italy.
151 Miglia immediately became a classical, (135 registered yachts and more than 1500 guests in 2014 ) and the best way to unveil the sailing and racing summer season in Med both for Italian and foreigner yachts.
The Race features a 151 nautical miles course of from Livorno to Punta Ala, across the natural marine park of the Archipelago of Tuscany.
Ideal both for amateurs and profs crew, it offers a unique opportunity to combine the strong emotions of such a technical yet fun off shore regatta, with ashore cruises across the amazing territory of Tuscany, one of the richest region of Italy, in terms of culture and environment.
Participants will benefit from a comfortable logistic and a well oiled organization both on sea and ashore.
Adagio, as leisure advisor of 151 Miglia, will offer bespoke leisure activities to entertain the no-racer friends or to discover the great Tuscany territory.
Some days before the Race, free moorings are available for all the registered yachts in Porto di Pisa and Livorno. From there, yacht owners and their guests can set sail to the nearby towns of Pisa, Lucca, Firenze and Siena, tacking and gybing among noble villas, Italian gardens, medieval villages and famous vineyards, yet attending some cooking briefings about nautical and regional recipes.
During the Race, those guests not taking part in the regatta may choose to follow the route of 151 Miglia, by travelling ashore. The itinerary of the Land Fleet will leave from Livorno or Pisa, to rejoin the Sea Fleet in Punta Ala for the race’s great finale.
To ease the participation in the 151 Miglia race, Adagio can offer a variety of concierge services, such as:
- Welcome assistance at Pisa Airport
- Crew recruitment
- Logistic ( hotels, restaurants reservation, car/NCC rental)
- Personal shopping
- others on demand
